Skip’s House was born from the cherished childhood memories of siblings Dustin and Lacie. Growing up, their family would escape to their “lake house,” a humble travel trailer perched on a beautiful lake point. It was a place filled with endless swimming, fishing, exploring, outdoor games, and unforgettable moments on the water.
Dustin always dreamt of creating a lake house where these cherished experiences could be relived. In the summer of 2022, with the guidance of a top-notch mentor, Dustin brought this vision to life by launching his first Lake House Vacation Rental on Lake Belton in central Texas. By 2024, the portfolio expanded to nearly 10 lake houses and top-tier vacation rentals.
The heart and soul of Skip’s House is to provide guests with experiences and memories akin to those Dustin and Lacie cherished in their youth. Our properties are designed to offer unique, fun, and magical places where friends and families can create their own top 10 memories of a lifetime.
