We actually had 15 members of our family staying in the house. One toddler slept with his parents in a king size bed. The furnishing were beautiful with the buffalo theme everywhere, right down to the black-and-white buffalo Check curtains and upholstery. We felt like we were in a five-star hotel! The kitchen was, very spacious with new high end appliances. Our children had so much fun in the big backyard pool while we congregated on the covered patio. Many TV’s, huge dining room farm table that seats 11 and quite a luxurious master bath. Plus it was in a very nice neighborhood and very easy to get to fun destinations. Our teenage boys appreciated the upstairs loft/media/game area too. We HIGHLY recommend this place. It was worth every dollar!

We loved our stay. The house was generally clean. The house was perfect for our multi family vacation with teens included. The amenities such as the pool, game room, and large and beautiful dining table were all excellent. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had enough linens, including pool towels for everyone, and appreciated the thoughtfulness in stocking the home for our large group. We would totally stay again, and we do hope to stay again in the future.
The pool was foggy upon arrival, and the propane tank on the grill was completely empty. We didn’t plan to use the grill until our last night, so by the time we discovered it was empty, messaged the host, and received a response, we already had started cooking steaks on the stove. The host did mention there might be a replacement tank, but we were unable to find it and steaks were already in progress. Overall, we would certainly stay here again as no house will be perfect 100% of the time.

Skips home was beautiful! Definitely recommend for big groups. Clean, spacious, and big back yard with clean pool.

We were in Cibolo for my sons wedding, with 12 adults and two infants from all different locations. it was able space, clean, and decorated nicely. any concerns, comments, or questions, Skip would respond promptly. beautiful outdoor space and a great pool! would highly recommend.

Skip’s place is ideal for large family with kids of all ages. Well laid out house with plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Nice Pool and upstairs game/family room is ideal for movie watching and playing games.

Skip’s home is beautiful. It was absolutely perfect for our family stay for our son’s wedding. It was a magnificent house with beautiful family space along with wonderful private bedroom spaces. The kitchen was stocked quite well with cooking equipment and very easy to work in.
We enjoyed an entire day outside using the pool and backyard!
The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to grocery stores and simple shopping.
We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay again!
