Lovely home with a great view in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a couple of toddlers. We were only there for a couple of nights for a wedding but would return again and stay longer. Thank you!

Place was great! On a main lake point, with a view. Back patio was great at night. We had a full moon to view over the lake. Grill was nice, and functional for some good cooking.
Only two caveats-
– Boat lift was older and difficult to use for us
– Not a problem related to the house, but there is only one marina on the lake, and they had no gas. We had to buy some gas cans (which we left for the next folks), and go to nearest station to fill up and do our best to “hit the funnel”.

This stay, rental and owners, were everything and more. The house and property so peaceful and fun! We created so many great memories here. Even the boys did not play video games. We played games outside, including fishing, kayaking and attempting body board. cooked outside and inside. Both kitchens are great spaces. Very well stocked with necessities and extras. Sunsets and moon rises were stunning. Any communications were taken care of immediately. We have rented many places, and this is at the top. Both with Skip and property. We cannot even begin to express how great this stay was. The house is so clean and open. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Stay here…. you will not be disappointed.

This home and location did not disappoint. This was our first stay at Lake Bob Sandlin and will be back. We flew in from out of state to see family and friends in the area. Some of our family members also rented other homes on the lake. The other homes were nice but did not compare to this one. It is beautiful, clean, great appliances, big rooms, nice furniture and the location was the best by far. Amazing, private lot. We were extremely happy with this home and renting from Skip.

Absolute perfection in every way for a visit with my family including 4 generations from ages 11-88.
Everything was above and beyond exceptional.
Skip was outstanding and so easy to work with to make this a very memorable experience for all of us.
We all agreed that this perfect, peaceful, home really did make our trip one we are all still talking about.
As difficult as it was to leave and say good bye we know we will return to this piece of heaven sooner vs. later and on repeat.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house for our trip to Texas, and it never disappoints. The location provides beautiful 180 degree views of the lake with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is nice and open, providing great surroundings for family time, and great bedrooms for those moments when you need to get away. The yard is great for little kids, and has ample space to run and play.
Would 100% recommend, and will look to stay there again.

Beautiful home and scenery was perfect. Love listening to the purple marlins dance after the bugs in the area. Easy catfish by the boathouse and dock. Water very still our second day, made paddling boarding so easy. For fresh water and peace, this was a perfect setup.

I have been to many rentals and this was the best one we have had. When they say the kitchen has everything you need they are correct and have more. The place was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept on. The private boat ramp was amazing and the double boat stall made it perfect for our two tournament teams to base out of. We had a blast and did not need to go in town for anything, it was all in the house. It felt like my friend gave me the house for the weekend, we lacked for nothing at all!! Will rent this place again for sure!!

The house is beautiful. The views are endless. The lake wasn’t busy. Skip was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
